I have scraps sitting around, some having paintings on the back but with the price of paper rising by the minute, I use everything because I have to! This sweet piece has failed art on the back of it, but it doesn't matter because you can paint both sides of watercolor paper.
This is a loose peony study as I worked on fading edges into the background and deepening power points to make some petals pop forwards.
